  In the summer of 2008, Connec-To-Talk added occupational therapy to its list of services provided. This new initiative began with the construction of a modern and fully equipped sensory motor gym, offering children the use of suspended equipment, tactile games, obstacle courses of varying difficulty, and vestibular and proprioceptive modalities. Our OT program encompasses direct therapy as well as individual and group classes for children of varying ages and abilities in Handwriting Without Tears and YogaKids. We provide opportunities for children to receive individual therapy in addition to summer programs and OT/speech and play skills groups. Our therapists are skilled in designing home programs and sensory diets for parents and caregivers to carryover the critical skills that are learned during the therapeutic process. Our program encompasses a child's success across all environments, therefore we offer opportunities for our therapists to engage with the child’s community to observe, interact, and consult with providers across all components of a child's life, including school teachers, babysitters, family members, camp counselors etc. Our services: Individual occupational therapy
